MY13 Internship Manager

• Part-time position approximately from May, 2025-August 1st, 2025
• Lead student communication with all interns during the program.
• Make visits to students at their place of internship to encourage and mentor. 
• Mentor students one-on-one on how faith aligns with their future through our curriculum.
• Manage internship schedules and coordinate with students and mentor partners.
• Age must be 21+
• Approximately 10-20hrs per week.

Impactful Qualifications:

• Schedule flexibility, especially during traditional work hours to make internship visits.
• Great digital communicator through text and email with high school students.
• Desire to mentor students one-on-one, teach, and disciple on their purpose, calling, and career.
• Detailed, organized, and efficient manager of a calendar with multiple moving parts.
• Strong ability to connect with high school students, make them feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged.
• Skilled in engaging business professionals both face-to-face and via email communications.

Multimedia Creator/Director

• Part-time position primarily April, 2025 - August, 2025. (Although may lead to more in the future)
• Capture and compile visual content from events and internship for effective storytelling and marketing use.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital platforms.
• Possible Bonus: Curate and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Social Media Director) - Job task does not have to be included, but a candidate capable will receive more hours and responsibilities in addition to multimedia creation.
• Age must be 18+. 
• Approximately 10-20hrs per week.

Impactful Qualifications:​

• Schedule flexibility, especially during traditional work hours to capture content during internship visits.
• Ability to craft compelling stories through various media forms including video, photography, and graphics that engages audiences of all age demographics.
• Familiarity with technical aspects of multimedia production, including having and using their own equipment.
• Strong ability to connect with high school students, make them feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged.
• Skilled in engaging business professionals both face-to-face and via email communications.
• *Applicants must include links/samples or portfolio of previous digital content created. Examples include photography, videos, reels, and graphics. (Don't go crazy, just give us an idea of your work!)
