GALLOWAY DENTAL NAMPA
Students participating in this internship will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the dental industry by shadowing dentistry professionals at Galloway Dental in Nampa. They will acquire knowledge about the roles of dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants. Additionally, students will gain insights into various dental services including crowns, implants, laser treatment, and root canals. They will also how the compassionate work of this industry makes a difference in people’s lives.

ACTIVE CHIROPRACTIC MERIDIAN
Students who are interested in the medical industry will get through Active Chiropractic Meridian. Dr. Cutting and Active Chiropractic provide complete chiropractic care, cold laser therapy, kinesio taping, AllCore360, massage, and therapeutic exercises. Interns will have a wonderful opportunity to learn about the chiropractic care field and witness how God works through restorative care and healing.

Students will have the opportunity to learn about sports medicine and physical therapy at Performance Physical Therapy in Eagle, ID. They will gain hands-on experience working with clients in physical rehabilitation, exercises, and sports training. Through this experience, students will witness how this work extends God's compassionate love to others.

Interns at the Center for Lifetime Health, a local private medical clinic, will get a unique chance to explore the healthcare field. They'll gain a deep understanding of family medicine from the viewpoints of both nurses and physician's assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real clinical experience. Students will also learn how the industry showcases God's compassion and skill in caring for others.

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE INSTITUTE
Interns at the Functional Medicine Institute will gain exposure to patient care, clinical operations, and the collaborative work of providers, nurses, and health coaches. Through this internship, students will see how caring for others physically, emotionally, and holistically reflects God’s design for restoration and wellness.
There are two different available internship positions: One in clinical care and another in the business operations of FMI.

Interns may assist with client services, resource organization, and outreach efforts while learning how compassionate care, truth, and support can impact lives during critical moments.

Students will observe how providers deliver care through a combination of traditional medicine and naturopathic approaches, working alongside a team dedicated to serving patients with compassion and excellence. Students will develop a deeper understanding of faith-based healthcare and see how the medical field reflects God’s compassion and care for others.
