PELLA WINDOWS & DOORS - BUSINESS, SALES, MARKETING

Interns at Pella Windows & Doors will gain invaluable business exposure to the world of construction products, home design, and sales. Through this experience, students will gain insight into the intersection of construction, design, and business—while seeing how serving customers with excellence and integrity.

3 Different Available Internship Positions:

Sales: Students will gain hands-on exposure to the world of in-home sales and customer engagement. Working alongside experienced mentors, students will observe how relationships are built with homeowners and how tailored solutions are presented.

Event Coordination: Students will experience both the organizational and relational sides of the business. Interns will spend time in the office preparing for events, while also potentially participating in a weekend event where they engage directly with customers.

Project Management: Students will work closely with a supportive manager to assist in organizing and executing various internal projects. This role provides insight into the operational side of the business, emphasizing diligence, communication, and attention to detail.
